Printing Unit
1.The machinery by Gear driving, Servo motor control,Printing method adopt Photosensitive resin plate, suitable for both water-based and solvent-based inks.Printing range: 400-1200MM,Repeat length: 5MM (For every increase or decrease of 1 tooth, the length increases or decreases by 5MM ).
2. Color registration method: Online vertical and horizontal electric precise quantitative positioning and fast registration, with automatic center return function, horizontal: ± 15MM vertical: ± 10MM,Color registration accuracy: ·Horizontal: ± 0.15MM Vertical: ± 0.15MM , the color registration accuracy will not change when the speed is increased or decreased.
3.The central drum adopts double-layer structural steel pipe, which is processed by multiple heat treatment shaping processes, and the surface electrical layer reaches more than 200um . The central drum of water cooling system (Water-cooled machines can be optionally equipped) ,maintain a constant temperature, and prevent the material from stretching due to the influence of temperature.
4.The gear of the ceramic anilox roller is thickened. The diameter of the anilox roller is 156MM. The speed is reduced during high-speed operation to improve stability. The concentric bearing machine keeps the anilox roller concentric during high-speed operation to reduce vibration. Large bearings are used to increase the life of the ink transport bearings. The ink is automatically transported when the machine is shut down to prevent the ink from drying out.
5. Chamber Doctor blade Introduced Danish technology, using Teflon technology ,Blade specification : 35x0.2 MM Hydraulic positioning.
6. When the machine is turned on, the hydraulic cylinder pushes the anilox roller close to the plate roller to apply ink, and the plate roller is close to the center roller for printing, locked, and the cylinder is pressed to position the printing.
7. When the machine is shut down, the locking cylinder automatically releases pressure, the hydraulic cylinder pushes the anilox roller away from the plate roller, and the plate roller leaves the center roller, but the gears are still engaged. When the machine is turned on again for printing, it automatically resets, and the plate registration/printing pressure does not change.

Drying System
1. The main air box utilizes a variable frequency drive return air system, effectively conserving energy and incorporates an exhaust fan to mitigate the VOC concentrations emanating from the printing processes within the workshop.
2. The color group air box features a Coanda effect design, allowing for the simultaneous regulation of air intake and return volumes. This air box maintains a dry and stable environment, and its enclosed nature prevents wind from reaching the plates, thereby preventing issues such as drying and pasting of the plates.

Image capture intervals are dynamically determined based on signals from the PG encoder or gear sensor position, ensuring precision and efficiency. The camera patrol speed is maintained at 1.0m/min, while the patrol range can be flexibly set according to the width of the printed matter, facilitating both fixed-point monitoring and automatic reciprocation. 2.The heart of the system lies in the main control panel, housed within an electric control cabinet designed and manufactured to comply with IP21 safety standards. Delta PLC programmable control centrally orchestrates the entire system, while the accompanying human-machine interface touch screen simplifies data setup, modification, operating parameter monitoring, and recording. It also includes helpful features such as online assistance, alarm prompts, and historical data logs. 3.The tension control system adopts an ultra-light floating roller closed-loop design, precisely controlled by the PLC via the human-machine interface touch screen. This system maintains substrate tension during stops and automatically halts operations when material is depleted, enhancing productivity and safety.
