This machine adopts active rewinding and unwinding from unwinding to finished product rewinding, controlled by servo motor, and equipped with rail-type pressure roller design for more neat material rewinding. Combined with the roll diameter detection system, it is more accurate and stable, while reducing the stretching of materials during printing to ensure the yield rate.

 lTension control: adopts servo swing arm control (low friction cylinder position detection, precision pressure regulating valve control, automatic alarm or shutdown when the roll diameter reaches the set value).

 lThe outer diameter of the air expansion shaft loading is 3 inches, and the air expansion shaft clamping method is 2-head cylinder disengagement type.

 lEquipped with automatic double-roller process correction system before printing, the left and right translation can be adjusted.

The central drum adopts double-wall structural steel pipe, which is processed by multiple heat treatment shaping processes, and the surface electrical layer reaches more than 200um. The diameter of the large roller is 1200mm and it is installed for jump treatment of 0.01MM.

 When starting up, the hydraulic cylinder pushes the anilox roller close to the plate roller for inking, the plate roller closes to the center roller for printing, locks, and the oil cylinder closes to position the printing.

 When stopping, the locking oil cylinder automatically releases pressure, the hydraulic cylinder pushes the anilox roller away from the plate roller, the plate roller leaves the center roller, but the gears are still engaged, and it automatically resets when the machine is turned on again for printing, and the color registration/printing pressure will not change

When retracting the plate, the screen roller and the plate roller retreat in a time sequence, realizing the self-cleaning function of the printing plate when stopping, reducing the frequency of plate wiping and increasing the service life of the printing plate.
